September loading
Daylight saving is just around the corner, the evenings are getting longer, school holidays are on the horizon and, before we know it, someone will be asking what everyone’s doing for Christmas. It’s been a busy month, with properties coming to market, properties selling before they even hit the market, and plenty happening behind the scenes. Our average time on the market to date is 32 days, and in Te Atatū Peninsula it’s just 21 days. Our reels continue to do their thing too, with some of our recent property content reaching thousands of people well beyond our own audience.
We’re Not Slowing Down
There’s plenty happening behind the scenes. The first few weeks of September are shaping up to be one of our biggest starts to a month yet, with eight new listings already in the pipeline and more to come. Keep an eye out for properties across: Te Atatū Peninsula | Massey | New Lynn | Sunnyvale | Henderson Apartments. Fully renovated properties. Large family homes. Smart buys. And one with a pool.
Now You See It, Now You Don’t
9/17 Harbour View Road, Te Atatū Peninsula This home was ready for market, photos were taken, the listing was created and everything was ready to go. Before it hit the market, we matched it with a buyer from our database who was looking for exactly this type of property. A perfect match, before the sign even went up. It’s a good reminder: selling isn’t always about getting a property in front of as many people as possible. Sometimes, it’s simply about knowing who’s already looking.
