Buying, Selling

Take the Opportunity. What's the Worst That Could Happen?

Last month, Lance took the stage as a keynote speaker at NZREC26 in front of more than 800 real estate professionals from across New Zealand. But his message wasn’t really about real estate.

It was about backing yourself, taking opportunities and asking one simple question:
‘What’s the worst that could happen?’
It’s a simple question, but sometimes it’s all you need to take the first step.

The Truth About Today's Market

Recently, Lance shared a message on social media that resonated with thousands of people.

The market isn’t producing record prices right now, but vendors who are committed to meeting the market are achieving successful sales and moving on with their lives. If you’re thinking about selling in the near future, choose an agent who will tell you the truth.

Not the highest number.
Not the story you want to hear.
The truth.

When you understand where your property truly sits in today’s market, you can make informed decisions, attract genuine buyers and move forward with confidence. If you don’t, you may find yourself sitting on the market for months, only to eventually change agents and hear the truth anyway.

Honest conversations. Better outcomes.

Market Momentum

Winter usually gets a bad reputation in real estate, but things are still moving. Good homes are selling, and buyers are still active, they’re just more selective.
We’ve had a steady run of activity recently, with several properties now under contract across Te Atatū South, Sunnyvale and Massey. We’re also getting ready to launch new listings in New Lynn, Te Atatū Peninsula and Ranui.

2/13 Paton Avenue, Te Atatū South

Strong interest in the area, with 1/13 Paton Avenue still available next door.

19B Te Atatū Road, Te Atatū South

Successfully re-positioned after previously being on the market with another agency.

10 Awaroa Road, Sunnyvale

Secured under current market conditions.

18 Chorley Avenue, Massey

A more complex campaign that required a tailored approach.

Community Engagement

Winter calls for a little self-care.

We’ve teamed up with About Face and Wild Flours to give away a Winter Wellness Package. One lucky winner will receive a Power of Two treatment from About Face, along with a $100 Wild Flours voucher.

To enter, simply follow @aboutfacenz, @beddoesandco and @wildfloursnz.

Good luck! The winner will be announced next month.
